The Newman Team Dean Smith Dean Smith joined Newman Long Term Care in January of 2004 as a commissions administrator. He has been the web developer for us for the past several years and will continue to work with other team members to make newmanltc.com a more valuable tool for consumers and agents. Dean has worked as a web site developer and computer technician for many years and brings valuable experience in these areas to the Newman Team. A good work ethic and attention to detail assures that commissions are done properly and efficiently.
